About me
Hi, I’m Karin — the groomer behind Grooming By Karin.
My love for dogs started from a very young age. I grew up in a busy home with seven dogs, so life was always full of wagging tails, muddy paws, and big personalities. Being surrounded by dogs every day taught me how unique each one is and sparked my passion for working with animals.
I went on to complete a Level 3 qualification in Animal Management and a Level 2 qualification in Dog Grooming, and now have over 5 years of professional grooming experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
I’m excited to share that I’ll soon be relocating to Upper Rissington, Gloucestershire, where I’ll be expanding my services to include dog walking and in-home grooming, alongside continuing my grooming services in Finstock, Oxfordshire.
My aim is always to create a calm, positive experience where dogs feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I take a gentle, patient approach and work at each dog’s pace, whether I’m grooming them in a salon, in their own home, or taking them out for a walk.
Based in both Finstock and Upper Rissington, I proudly serve the surrounding areas and treat every dog as if they were my own — with kindness, patience, and care every step of the way.
