FAQ's

How long does a grooming appointment take?

The length of the appointment depends on your dog’s breed, coat type, and the service being provided. Most full grooms take between 1hr and 15 minutes – 2 hours.

How often should my dog be groomed?

This depends on the breed and coat type. Many dogs benefit from grooming every 6–8 weeks to keep their coat healthy and comfortable.

What if my dog is nervous?

That’s completely okay. Many dogs feel unsure about grooming at first. I use a calm, patient approach and work at your dog’s pace to help them feel safe and comfortable.

Do you groom puppies?

Yes! Puppy introduction grooms are a great way to help young dogs get used to grooming in a gentle and positive environment.

What if my dog’s coat is matted?

If your dog has matting, I will always discuss the best and most humane option with you before grooming. In some cases, this may mean clipping the coat shorter to keep your dog comfortable.

How do I book an appointment?

You can get in touch via phone, message, or social media, and I’ll be happy to arrange a suitable appointment time for you.
